Common questions
What's a "breakout" channel?
Public evidence of abnormal early traction: low channel age (under 30 days), low upload count (under 20), and high views per day. We surface them while they're still ignorable to everyone outside this readership.
Do you scrape YouTube?
No. We use the official YouTube Data API v3. Public metadata only. No InnerTube wrappers, no headless browser scraping, no auth-required data.
Do you show watch time, retention, or RPM?
No. Those metrics are private to the channel owner via the YouTube Analytics API. Anyone selling them for competitor channels is guessing. We surface only what's verifiably public.
How fresh is the library?
Refreshed daily via cron. Each channel shows the last scan time. Channels stay in the live library while they're still under 30 days old, then move to the public archive.
How do I cancel?
One click in your account. Polar is the merchant of record and handles checkout, invoices, and cancellation. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
